Shipment and service scope
Service availability, scope, requirements, charges, routing, timing, and responsibility depend on the actual shipment, documents, parties, cargo, Incoterm, carrier, authorities, and an accepted quotation or agreement. Website descriptions do not create a booking, guarantee, customs determination, delivery commitment, or IOR/EOR acceptance.
Shipment tracking
The public Tracking page provides links to official parcel and airline carrier websites. When supported, it can include the visitor's carrier reference in the carrier-owned tracking link. Carrier results are provided by the carrier and do not represent a Unicorn Freight status, guarantee, or delivery commitment. The public website is not connected to UFIMS or an internal Unicorn Freight shipment portal.
Unavailable website functions
Customer login, Unicorn Freight operational tracking, UFIMS access, online document services, account dashboards, driver login, and online payment are clearly marked as coming soon or unavailable. The public quote and general-inquiry forms prepare messages for the visitor's email application; they do not create an account, booking, or database record. The visitor controls whether each email is sent.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass security or access restrictions, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or misuse company or carrier information.
