Current website
The Unicorn Freight website provides public company, service, resource, quote, news, career, and contact information. The quote and general-inquiry forms format entered details into an email addressed to Unicorn Freight and open the visitor's email application. The website does not store either form. The visitor must review and send the message through the email provider.
Information you send directly
If you send a prepared quote email, contact Unicorn Freight by email, or call by phone, the information you provide may be used to respond to the inquiry, review shipment or service requirements, maintain operational records, and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Only provide information relevant to the request. Do not send passwords, access credentials, payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information through a general inquiry.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
The website stores a first-party preference in the visitor's browser to remember the cookie choice and may store a separate first-party preference when a latest-news announcement is dismissed. These preferences support the requested website behavior and are not used by Unicorn Freight to identify the visitor.
Optional Google Analytics remains disabled unless the visitor selects Accept analytics and Unicorn Freight has configured an approved Google Analytics measurement ID. If enabled with consent, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and collect information about website use, such as visited pages, approximate device or browser characteristics, referring information, and general geographic reporting. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google Signals, and advertising-personalization signals remain disabled by the website configuration.
Selecting Reject optional cookies leaves analytics disabled. The choice can be reviewed or changed through Cookie Settings in the website footer. Rejecting analytics after previously accepting it stops analytics permission for the current page and future page loads; browser controls may also be used to clear previously stored cookies.
External services
The public Tracking page does not embed a third-party tracking widget. When a visitor chooses an official carrier link, the carrier website opens and the carrier receives any reference included in that link under its own privacy practices. Unicorn Freight does not receive or store that reference through the public Tracking page.
The public website links to the UFIMS customer portal on portal.unicornfreightinc.com. It does not embed a payment processor or document uploader. Google Analytics loads only after an approved measurement ID is configured and the visitor accepts optional analytics. Search Console verification does not place an advertising tracker on the public pages. Telephone and email links open services controlled by the visitor's device or provider and are subject to those providers' policies.
Customer portal information
Portal registration collects your name, company name, email address, optional mobile number, password, and any selected communication preferences. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Unicorn Freight reviews access requests and links approved accounts to the relevant customer records. Available documents are limited to that approved customer account.
The portal uses necessary sign-in and request-security cookies. Account activity, sign-ins, consent changes, and document downloads may be logged with an IP address and browser information for access control and auditing. These necessary cookies are separate from optional public-site analytics preferences.
Email and SMS marketing choices are optional and are not required for portal service. Preferences are recorded in the portal and can be changed there; automated marketing delivery is not enabled at launch. Contact Unicorn Freight with questions about your account, information, or access.
Security and retention
Unicorn Freight intends to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No public website or communication method can be represented as completely risk free. Operational retention and deletion requirements depend on the information and applicable obligations.
Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated as website features become available. Online quote submission, Unicorn Freight operational tracking, document upload, and payment are not enabled at launch and require a further privacy review before activation.
