Current website
The Unicorn Freight website provides public company, service, resource, quote, news, career, and contact information. The quote and general-inquiry forms format entered details into an email addressed to Unicorn Freight and open the visitor's email application. The website does not store either form. The visitor must review and send the message through the email provider.
Information you send directly
If you send a prepared quote email, contact Unicorn Freight by email, or call by phone, the information you provide may be used to respond to the inquiry, review shipment or service requirements, maintain operational records, and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Only provide information relevant to the request. Do not send passwords, access credentials, payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information through a general inquiry.
External services
The public Tracking page does not embed a third-party tracking widget. When a visitor chooses an official carrier link, the carrier website opens and the carrier receives any reference included in that link under its own privacy practices. Unicorn Freight does not receive or store that reference through the public Tracking page.
The current public website does not load a payment processor, customer portal, document uploader, analytics service, or advertising tracker. Google Analytics and Search Console configuration placeholders remain inactive until separately approved. Telephone and email links open services controlled by the visitor's device or provider and are subject to those providers' policies.
Security and retention
Unicorn Freight intends to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No public website or communication method can be represented as completely risk free. Operational retention and deletion requirements depend on the information and applicable obligations.
Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated as website features become available. Material functionality such as online quote submission, UFIMS customer access, Unicorn Freight operational tracking, document upload, or payment must receive an updated privacy review before activation.
